I was recently living in Texas and needed to purchase a new home in Lexington. I explained my situation to Leah and low and behold, she took over by being my eyes and sending pictures and videos of properties that I was interested in.
I had total trust in her and when I bought my house sight unseen I was not disappointed.
It was as if I wrote down what type of property I was looking for and Leah made it happen.
She gave me personalized valet service and went out of her way as she knew I was out of state and was not able to have a normal real estate transaction.
And did I mention she lined up painters, let workers in the house to paint, all when I was out of state and not able to do so myself.
And then that dreaded loan application with tons of paperwork. She was there every step of the way and explained any questions that I may have had.
Hard to believe that I just picked her out of the blue without a reference and she provided me with AWESOME service.

My goodness where should I begin. Leah was 100% spot on with knowing what my husband and I wanted in a home. Leah showed me the first house and we fell in love. We put our bid in and got the house. Leah walked us through every step of the process and always was available if we had questions. Not only did she find us our forever home she gave us recommendations for movers, carpet cleaners etc.
